1. Elevated youth committee to a thriving USATF Division.
2. Tripled budget to $700,000 within four years.
3. Standardized chip timing for National Junior Olympic Cross-Country Championships.
4. Implemented paperless registration.
5. Introduced disabled and ambulatory 800 meters races.
6. Established World Youth Trials.
7. Received USATF President Award, National Youth Coaches and Distinguished Service Award .
